Residence Artuik is situated in the central area of Marilleva 1400 at 1400 meters above sea level and about 8km from the village of Mezzana, in Val di Sole.

The residence has seven floors and inside there are various types of apartments, from the smallest for 2 people to the largest apartments for 4/5 people.

Near the Residence there are all necessary services such as: the information office, an ATM, two convenience stores, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, a clothing store, and ski rentals.

The Residence's strategic location makes it possible during the summer season to enjoy the nature and walk along the adjacent trails, reaching destinations such as the Mezzana lakes or Fazzon Lake. Next to the Residence there is a playground to entertain even the youngest ones.

During the winter, the Residence is a few steps from the ski slopes and at the start of the ski lifts that lead to the SkiArea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta, with about 150km of slopes and 60 lifts; in addition, the Residence is adjacent to the Marilleva ski school and ski camp.
