Residence Lago Rotondo is situated in Marilleva 900 at 900mt asl and about 1km from the village of Mezzana, in Val di Sole.

The Residence is newly renovated and composed of small apartments for 2/4 persons and larger apartments for 6 persons, each apartment has its own private parking space.

The building is located about 1km from the village of Mezzana where you can find all the main services like the information office, the bank, a couple of supermarkets, the bakery, a pastry shop, the stationery shop, bars and restaurants and much more. The residence also has a restaurant and a small Wellness.

The location of the Residence is strategic, in summer as a starting point for discovering the beauty of Val di Sole through walks and hikes of varying difficulty. The Residence is located near the bike rental and the pedestrian cycle track, a 35-km route suitable for everyone.

In winter it is convenient given its proximity to the departure of the cable car, which takes you up to Marilleva 1400 and then on into the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta SkiArea, with about 150km of slopes and 60 lifts. Each apartment has its own unheated ski box.

Near the cable car are a ski rental, a sporting equipment store, a couple of bars a restaurant, and the train stop. In fact, the Residence can also be reached conveniently by the Trentino Trasporti company's small train.
