Residence Marilleva 1400 is situated in the central area of Marilleva 1400 at 1400 meters above sea level and about 8km from the village of Mezzana, in Val di Sole.

The Residence consists of different sectors, and inside them there are various types of apartments, from the smallest for 2 people to the largest apartments for 6/7 people.

On site there are all necessary services such as: the information office, an ATM, two convenience stores, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, a clothing store, ski rentals and ski school.

The Residence's strategic location makes it possible during the summer season to enjoy the surrounding nature and walk the adjacent trails, reaching destinations such as the Mezzana lakes or Fazzon Lake, but not only. Not far from the Residence there is a playground to entertain even the youngest children.

During the winter, the Residence is located at the arrival of the ski slopes and at the start of the lifts leading to the SkiArea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta, with about 150km of slopes and 60 lifts.
